Is the engineer our employee?
No. The engineer is employed by On-Time. We handle salary, training, leave and replacement, and you pay one monthly fee.
What if we are not happy with the engineer?
Tell us and we will address it, or replace the engineer. Fit matters because they work with your team every day.
Can the engineer work part-time?
Yes. We can schedule an engineer for selected days of the week, or combine part-time FMS with an AMC.
Does FMS include hardware and licences?
FMS covers the people and the work. Hardware, spare parts and software licences are supplied by On-Time at separate, transparent prices whenever you need them.
